YOKIJIDO ISLAND, Republic of Korea (Apr. 10, 2016) - During the construction of a road project on Yokjido Island in the Republic of Korea, Builder 1st Class Oscar Barba, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, smooths the surface of wet concrete with a Darby float , Apr. 10, during Exercise Foal Eagle. The paved road will shorten the distance of travel to connect 2,000 people to more efficiently exchange goods, services and improve economical growth. Foal Eagle is a series of joint and combined field training exercises conducted by Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea component commands.
