YOKIJIDO ISLAND, Republic of Korea (Apr. 13, 2016) - Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 Seabees and Republic of Korea (ROK) Seabees come together to discuss the plan of the day and safety requirements for the road construction project during Exercise Foal Eagle on Yokijido Island, Apr. 13. Foal Eagle is a series of joint and combined field training exercises conducted by Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea component commands.
