YOKIJIDO ISLAND, Republic of Korea (Apr. 13, 2016) - At the Won Yang Elementary School on Yokjido Island, Republic of Korea, Construction Electrician Constructionman Ji Han of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 helps students rehearse their parts for a school play. Seabees of NMCB 4 have taken this opportunity during Exercise Foal Eagle to teach children how to read, write and speak proper english. Foal Eagle is a series of joint and combined field training exercises conducted by Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea component commands.
