YOKIJIDO ISLAND, Republic of Korea (Apr. 13, 2016) - Construction Electrician Constructionman Ji Han of Naval Mobile Construction (NMCB) 4 explains how Builder 1st Class Oscar Barba of NMCB 4 handles safety precautions through the use of safety briefs and his safety petty officer to Chief of Staff Colonel Jeong Min Hwan and Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel Young Seok Lee of The Republic of Korea (ROK) Construction Battalion on Yokjido Island, Republic of Korea, Apr. 13. NMCB 4 and The ROK Construction Battalion are building roads in the hills of Yokjido. These paved road will shorten the distance of travel to connect 2,000 people to more efficiently exchange goods, services and improve economical growth.
