Sailors aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens lower the rigid hull inflatable boat in preparation for a simulated visit, board, search and seizure non-compliant boarding exercise aboard the HMAS Darwin. USS Cowpens and HMAS Darwin are operating together conducting unit level training prior to the commencement of the joint exercise Talisman Saber 2011.
