The visit, board, search and seizure team, assigned to the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens, returns after conducting a simulated VBSS non-compliant boarding exercise aboard the HMAS Darwin. USS Cowpens and HMAS Darwin are operating together conducting unit-level training prior to the commencement of the joint exercise Talisman Sabre 2011.
