NORFOLK, Va. (July 9, 2018) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Equipment) 2nd Class Elsia Isles, from Scranton, Pennsylvania, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) air department, receives her certificate of appointment to the rank of petty officer second class from Capt. Richard McCormack, Ford’s commanding officer.
