NORFOLK, Va. (July 9, 2018) - Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Zachary M. Gross, from Taylor, Michigan, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) deck department, receives his certificate of appointment to the rank of petty officer third class from Capt. Richard McCormack, Ford’s commanding officer.
