NORFOLK, Va. (July 9, 2018) - Logistics Specialist 3rd Class Javion K. Moore, from Sandusky, Ohio, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) supply department, receives his certificate of appointment to the rank of petty officer third class from Capt. Richard McCormack, Ford’s commanding officer.
