NORFOLK, Va. (July 9, 2018) - Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Alexis M. Apodaca, from Cheyanne, Wyoming, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) air department, receives her certificate of appointment to the rank of petty officer third class from Capt. Richard McCormack, Ford’s commanding officer.
