JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Feb. 8, 2019) – Lt. Osmund Nogra and Lt. Cmdr. Nolen Roberson, both family medicine physician residents at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, discuss a positive clinical outcome. NH Jacksonville’s family medicine residency program earned Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education accreditation once again this year. ACGME is an independent, not-for-profit, physician-led organization that sets standards for preparing physicians to deliver safe, high-quality medical care. Accreditation is a voluntary process of evaluation and review. NH Jacksonville’s family medicine residency program is the Navy’s oldest and largest, and has earned numerous awards for scholarly activity and teaching.
