Peruvian combat engineers from Brigada Infanteria De Marina De Ancon, construct an amphitheater in Ancon. The engineers are working with U.S. Navy Seabees, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB 23), embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV-2) Swift as a part of HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012. The Seabees and engineers will spend three weeks refurbishing schools in the area. HSV-SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. Navy ships and assets to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
