SEPANGGAR NAVAL BASE OF KOTA KINABALU, Malaysia — Marines and Sailors with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit and America Amphibious Ready Group huddle up and plan their strategy before taking the field to face off against sailors from the Royal Malaysian navy at Sepanggar Naval Base, Malaysia, Aug. 16, 2017. The soccer game was a way for both countries to build camaraderie while having fun playing a sport all players are passionate about. The 15th MEU and the America ARG are operating in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance partnerships and serve as a ready-response capability for any type of contingency.
