SOUTH CHINA SEA (July 30, 2016) Sailors assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111) look on as a rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB), assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Momsen (DDG 92), approaches Spruance for a personnel transfer.
