160731-N-KH151-129 YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 31, 2016) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) Airman Trey Ingram, from Youngstown, Ohio, and Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) Airman Apprentice Alexander Gollihare, from Georgetown, Texas, pose for a photo while attaching an air hose to an air valve in the catwalks of the Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The air hose can be attached to the air valves along the catwalks and is used to clear the decks of dirt and debris. Ronald Reagan provides a combat-ready force, which protects and defends the collective maritime interests of the U.S. and its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
