(May 10, 2017) - Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 don their Mission Oriented Protective Posture (MOPP) gear during a simulated chemical, biological and radiological (CBR) attack at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., May 10, as part of the battalions’ field training exercise.
