FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (May 10, 2017) - Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 don their Mission Oriented Protective Posture (MOPP) gear during a simulated chemical, biological and radiological (CBR) attack at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., May 10, as part of the battalions’ field training exercise. The training is designed to exercise all aspects of the battalion’s defensive and operational capabilities from manning a fighting position on the company lines to reacting to chemical warfare threats and improvised explosive devices.
