FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (May 13, 2017) - Commanding Officer, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 Cmdr. James Cho discusses fire pits and sectors of fire with Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Ryan Chaney as he sets up and digs out an Alfa Company pit for Forward Operating Base Anderson during a field training exercise in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., May 13.
