(May 15, 2017) - Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Jesse Browning and Utilitiesman 3rd Class Edward Skeen, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, discuss the correct procedures for bolting down the fiberglass matting during an airfield damage repair scenario on Forward Operating Base Anderson in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., during the battalions’ field training exercise (FTX), May 15.
