CARTAGENA, Colombia (Sept. 14, 2016) - Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 begin day eight of site preparation for the foundation of a latrine project as part of Southern Partnership Station 2016 (SPS 16). The project will consist of a single building with shower stalls and toilets that will serve the Cabildo Indigena Zenu community in Colombia. SPS16 is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
