CARTAGENA, Colombia (Sept. 14, 2016) - Builder Second Class Joshua Johnson, Utilities Constructionman Jesus Cedillo and Builder Second Class Thomas Rambo, all assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion133 (NMCB 133), fit together waste pipes for the showers, sinks and toilets of a new latrine building. NMCB 133 is in Cartagena constructing the new latrine for the Cabildo Indigena Zenu community, once completed the community will no longer rely on outhouse style facilities. This is just one of the projects NMB 133 has worked on during Southern Partnership Station 2016 (SPS 16). SPS16 is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
