(Sept. 17, 2016) Aviation Structural Mechanic 3rd Class Abbey Vogler, right, attached to Operational Support Unit 1914, moves the soil to secure the log erosion barriers (LEB) during the Black Forest Together volunteer event. The LEB’-s are used to prevent further erosion of soil due to heavy rainfall. Black Forest Together is a non-profit organization that helps people of the Black Forest region to recover, rebuild and restore their lives through the help of local volunteers, military members and other local organizations.
