U.S. Marine Cpl. Adrian Davis, a military police Marine with 3rd Law Enforcement Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force, explains the use of a vehicle lightweight arresting device during Non-Lethal Weapons Executive Seminar (NOLES) 2016 at the Five Hills Training Area, Mongolia, Sept. 14, 2016. The Marines showed the Mongolian Armed Forces and Mongolian National Police Department how to properly use the vehicle lightweight arresting devices in order to disable vehicles during different law enforcement operations.
