Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Andrew Rosales, a fixed-wing aircraft mechanic with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 115, stands at parade rest on the flightline at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Sept. 14, 2015 during Valiant Shield 16. VS16 is a U.S.-only, biennial field training exercise (FTX) with a focus on integration of joint training among U.S. forces in relation to current operational plans.
